They started as a summer side project of Nicky and Tim, but outgrew their humble beginnings quickly. Their debut album was recorded over Summer and early Fall of 2006. They released it themself, January 1st, 2007. Next, they set out to put together a full band. They enlisted the help of Alex on vocals and Ashleigh on keyboards. Spencer Bartz joined on drums, and Alex A. and Austin joined the band on second guitar and bass. Spencer played many shows with the band in 2007, but then moved to Japan in August. They recruited Alex and Austin's friend Eddie Trager on drums to fill his mighty shoes. They are working on their second full-length album, currently untitled.
